We will begin designing and producing your order within 24 hours after you place it. During this time, you can make changes to your order requirements. The design and production process will take approximately 3-7 days, depending on the time of your order. After that, it will take an additional 5-15 days for shipping, depending on your location.

You don’t need to create an account to make a purchase. However, if you wish to, you can visit this link to create an account and manage your orders.

Once your order has a tracking number, it will be automatically sent to you via email. If you want to track your order directly on the Metal Led Sign website, you can visit this URL and enter your Order ID (which is sent to you via email when you purchase from our website) along with the email used for the purchase.

The price you see on our website already includes sales tax, so you won’t need to pay anything extra during checkout.
